Run tickets and BAA notes leave your device in an email you send. We do not store them on this site.
What you can send
Facility, dock, city, product class, temperature, account number, and a work contact. Do not include patient names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, diagnoses, Social Security numbers, or photographs of labels. The forms refuse the obvious ones. You are still responsible for what you type.
What this site keeps
Nothing you type into a form is saved on our servers. A successful submit opens your own email program, addressed to dispatch@deliverease.com or privacy@deliverease.com. If you do not send that message, dispatch does not have it. Call (945) 391-0448 when the clock is already running.
Protected health information
Deliver Ease acts as a Business Associate only after a covered entity has a Business Associate Agreement in place. This public site is the wrong place for PHI. Read the compliance practices before a lane goes live.
