Confirmation
Windows published here, including a typical 90-minute Metroplex STAT window, describe how we staff. They are not a guarantee for a particular cooler. Weather, receiving docks, and whether we can hold the temperature can change the clock. We will say so before we roll.
Your ticket
You are responsible for the accuracy of pickup, delivery, product class, and temperature, and for keeping patient identifiers off this website. A reference number on your screen is a label for your email. It is not proof that a courier is assigned.
Accounts
Recurring campus work is scoped with an account manager and written procedures. Those terms, and any Business Associate Agreement, control over this page when they conflict.
